Leadership

With more than 14 years of experience under his belt, Matt Reale founded MN Reale Construction in 2009. His family has been working in construction for as long as he can remember. It’s in his blood. His grandfather was a builder in Branford for more than 40 years. As a teenager, Matt started working for Bruce Pantani and Sons Builders. He learned many valuable skills on the job, working his way up from a carpenter’s helper to where he is today as the owner of MN Reale Construction. His admiration of historic structures led him to study architecture and historic preservation at Roger Williams University in Rhode Island. He appreciates and admires the craftsmanship of historic architecture and structures, and always seeks to maintain the integrity of those attributes when possible.

Matt and his staff continually hone their crafts and learn new skills to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to new materials and techniques in the construction field. This continual quest for quality makes MN Reale Construction a leading contractor on the Connecticut shoreline.

In 2015, Matt was selected by REMODELING magazine as one of 50 owners nationally to receive the prestigious Big50 Award. Big50 remodelers are selected for running successful companies that have taken the lead in raising industry standards. He was also to Professional Remodeler’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2015 in July 2015.

I have worked with other contractors, but none compare to the professionalism and quality of work I received with Matt and his team. I was most impressed that both jobs remained on schedule and were completed within the timeframes we agreed upon. Matt is definitely a person with integrity and a strong work ethic. quote-close
